1. Introduction
This document sets out the rights of you (The Customer) and us (The Supplier) concerning the use of the Good2Learn website. The website is exclusively owned and operated by Good2Learn with the UK registered Number of 09907190. Hereinafter visitors to the website are collectively referred to as "Users".

2. Use of website functionality
The functionality of the site is available by subscription and hereinafter these features will be referred to as "Functionality". 

3. Subscribers
To access the Functionality a User can elect to pay a monthly subscription of the amount specified on the website. This amount may be different if a valid voucher code is provided before card details are given. Upon payment of the first subscription all elements of the Functionality will become immediately available. A User who elects to pay a monthly subscription is hereinafter referred to as a "Subscriber". Subscribers agree to pay the monthly fee until they cancel their subscription with either Stripe, their card provider or Good2Learn.

4. Increases in Subscription Rate
From time to time an increase in the monthly subscription rate may become necessary. Subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before the new rate becomes payable. The Customer is free to cancel their subscription before the next payment.

5. Cancellation Policy
A Subscriber has the right to cancel his or her monthly subscription at any time and no further payments will be collected. There is no obligation to subscribe for a minimum period. Subscribers can telephone or email Good2Learn, or contact Good2Learn via the website 'Contact' option and their subscription will be cancelled immediately. No subscription fees will be refunded.

6. Refund Policy
Any subscriber who is not completely satisfied with the service provided by Good2Learn should e-mail hello@good2learn to request a refund. A full refund of the last monthly payment will be given within 7 days.

7. Cessation of Business
If, for any reason, the Good2Learn website ceases to exist then no subscriptions will be taken during the last 30 days of the website's existence and no further payments will be taken after that.

9. Provision of Services
Good2Learn are committed to maintaining the highest level of service to enable you to use lessons and exercises online. We will maintain a record for all clients of the lessons and exercises that they have used and the scores that were attained. There may be occasions when we have to withdraw or modify aspects of the Good2Learn service, or the entirety of it, where there is a legal obligation for us to do so. There may be times when the Good2Learn service becomes unavailable as a result of technical difficulties experienced by us or our service providers. However, we will use reasonable skill and care to overcome these problems whenever they are within our control. Good2Learn is a modern platform which makes use of the latest features in web browsers. It is The Customer's responsibility to keep the browser software on their devices up to date. Good2Learn cannot be held responsible for The Functionality not working as expected due to older browser software.

10. Intellectual Property Rights
The contents of the Good2Learn website are protected by various laws relating to copyright, patents and trademarks. Specifically the design of the website and the combination of questions and answers are protected by copyright law and the Good2Learn name is protected by trademark. Neither the website nor any of the lessons or exercises may be reproduced in any form. You should be aware that Good2Learn take infringements very seriously.

11. Limit of Liability
We will make every effort to ensure that the information contained both on our website and in our lessons and exercises is accurate but we will take no responsibility for inaccuracies that lead to financial or other losses howsoever caused. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss not reasonably foreseeable by us when this Agreement commences, for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of the Agreement or otherwise).

12. Correction of Errors
Clients are invited to contact us with regard to any inaccuracy of information that may be found in any of the lessons and exercises. Such potential inaccuracies will be thoroughly investigated by us with a view to rectifying any mistakes. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracy in any exercise as soon as it is detected.

13. Non-excluded Liabilities
Nothing in this Agreement limits Good2Learn' liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or any other liability which may not by law be excluded. Any statutory rights you may have as a consumer remain unaffected.

14. Assignment
We reserve the right to assign this Agreement, and to assign or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under the Agreement.

15. Whole Agreement
This Agreement is deemed to include our Privacy Policy. These documents together comprise the whole of the Agreement between us and you concerning the Good2Learn service and they replace all earlier Agreements and understandings with you, except for any fraud or fraudulent representation by either of us. A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely upon or enforce any term of this Agreement.

16. Law and Severability
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. In the event that any term of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by judicial decree or decision, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

Good2Learn Privacy Policy

The information that we request, at the time you subscribe, is required for the purpose of communication with you. Data may be used in anonymous, aggregated form to allow us to monitor the use and effectiveness of the Good2Learn platform, and in the same anonymous aggregated form to educational institutions for the same purpose. No personal information will be provided by us to any third party. 

You may request a copy of any of the data we hold about you at any time by emailing us at hello@good2learn.com. We will respond within 28 days. You may also request that we delete any data we hold on you. This will take place within 28 days of the request and will result in the closure of your account, as the data we hold is necessary to maintain your account. No refunds for subscriptions closed in this manner will be given.  We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

By signing up for an account with Good2Learn whether a paid subscription or free subscription with limited functionality, you give us permission to store the data required to maintain your account and your learner's data including their progress and achievements on the site. You also give us permission to contact you via the email address you provide us with regarding your account. We would also like to occasionally contact you with information about your learner's progress, Good2Learn news and information. You can opt into receiving news and information emails by subscribing on your control panel email page.

It is intended that a Good2Learn account is created and operated by an adult with parental responsibility for any learners they add. Subscribing to Good2Learn normally requires a credit card to ensure that the subscriber is 18 or over.

Good2Learn does not ask minors for personal data. Data related to minors is provided only by the account owner, for the purposes of personalising the site experience for the learner. The data for minors required is limited to name and date of birth, and optionally gender. Data generated by Good2Learn concerning a learner's progress is stored in a pseudoanonymised format, and is only used in an aggrigated form for statistical anaylsis. Aggrigated statistics may be provided to educational providers, but no personal data relating to any learner or account owner will be provided to third parties. No data regarding an individual's progress will be provided to a third party in a format that links that data with a specific individual.

Financial data is not required or stored by Good2Learn. All financial data is stored in the Stripe platform and will not be given to third parties by Good2Learn in any personally identifiable format.

Good2Learn makes use of Google Analytics to understand visitors' and subscribers' use of the site. How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps. Users who don't want their data collected by Google Analytics can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
